Often after the excitement and/or stress of Christmas, our immune systems can become depleted and we fall prone to colds, coughs and the ‘flu.  Simple, herbal preparations can help prevent this and speed recovery if the germs take hold.  This workshop prepares you for the worst and demonstrates which herbs will boost your immune system, fight the bacteria or virus as well as relieving aches and pains.  You will learn how to make teas and tinctures as well as chest rubs along with other techniques that our Grandmothers relied upon.
